Penn's Civilians

• On Friday, Apr 24 2009, Penn's Civilians will hold its 4th Annual Fundraising Dinner at The Days Inn in State College, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the event is not only to raise money to support Penn's Civilians' programs, but to also create awareness of the organization and build positive relationships with community members.
• Dr. Barbara Farmer, Educator, Activist and Valunteer, will serve as keynote speaker for the event.
• Patricia Best, Superintendent of the State College Area School District, will serve as honoree for the event.
• The evening will bring together current and former professional and collegiate athletes, respected community leaders, corporate sponsors and current student participants and their families.
• Our goals are to raise $10,000 and to have 120 people in attendance.
